As we age, our health care needs change. Clover Health Care was founded in Auburn, Maine, in 1974 based on this fundamental premise. As progressive leaders in health care, we were the first to introduce the concept of continuum of care in the state of Maine. Our resident-centered approach accommodates varying levels of care and assistance according to an individual’s changing needs and requirements.
